Q: When are you open?

Our BUSINESS hours are M-F, 9am-4pm

Where are you located?
A:
Our Gallery is on US HWY 41 South of Inverness, FL., approximately 3.5 miles south of the US HWY 41 /44 (Eastbound) intersection.
The Gallery is on the right side of the Hwy 41...1/2 of a mile past the Citrus County Speedway/Fairgrounds. Our Auction Marquee
is by the road and our building sets back off the Hwy. Our Address: 4000 S Florida Ave., Inverness, FL 34450.
All Thurs & Antique Auctions are held at the gallery unless otherwise noted.
Q: When is your next auction?
A:
Please check our "UPCOMING AUCTIONS" page for up to date information. Dudley's Auction holds their general
& estate merchandise auction every Thursday at 3pm (beginning outside and heading in usually by 6pm), with a preview
at noon, with the exception of the week that we hold our Antique & Collectible Auction. During this week, we hold an OUTSIDE
ONLY Auction the Thursday prior to the Antique Auction. Our Antique & Collectible Auction is held the FIRST Sunday
of every month at 1pm, with a preview at 10am.
Q: What is your buyer's premium?
A: 12% with a 2% discount if you pay with CASH OR CHECK.
So, if you pay with cash or check, the BP is 10%. If you hand us a plastic card of any kind (including debit), BP is
12%.
Q: Where are your pictures??
A: We try our hardest to break down 1 auction and begin preparing for the next auction ALL WITHIN 1 WEEK! Pictures
for auctions are up within a few days before the Thursday auction (Usually Tuesday night). Once in a while, the server
that host our website has technical difficulties. This is completely out of our hands! In cases like this, we
usually know that our server is down, and it is a waiting game. Our suggestion is to come to the hall and view the items
in person. The old fashioned way

Q: I can't get on your website. What is wrong?
A: Again, while we wish we had control over all technical issues, we are an
auction company. If you have problems (ie 404 errors, etc) while pulling up our website, please contact your local
internet service provider (ie, bellsouth, aol, etc.). If there is a problem on our end, it's almost always a server
problem, and is out of our control, so please be patient and check back at a later time. You are welcome to drop an
email to webmaster@dudleysAuction.com to give us a head's up, as well.
Q: Do
you accept consignments? If so, how do I consign?
A: Dudley's Auction is happy to accept QUALITY consignments! However, we cannot tell you what your item(s)
is/are worth, without seeing it/them in person and meeting with you. Please call Dudley's at 352-637-9588 so
we can make an assessment if your item(s) is worthy of an appointment. Another option is to email us at consignments@DudleysAuction.com with description and photos of an item. The more info you have on your item(s), the better we can help! We accept
consignments on Monday & Friday between 10 & 4pm, but you MUST call us ahead of time to make sure that the auction
is not already full.
