ABSENTEE BID CONDITIONS - Form is below.

Sometimes it is difficult to be in attendance or even stay for the entire sale, so as a service to our clients, we offer the opportunity to leave absentee bids.  We will try very hard to bid for you just as if you where sitting in the audience.  In the event of an error of omission, or failure to properly execute your bid, Dudley's will not be held liable.  Every effort will be made for client satisfaction.

All absentee bids must be received atleast 2 hours prior to the auction start time, there is a minimum of $20.00 per item inorder to leave an abentee bid, all bids must include a credit card number and all appropriate information so the purchase may be applied to the card at the end of the sale.  Please note, if you would like to pay by cash or check, special arrangements can be made, however CC info is still required.

Fill out the form with complete descriptions and catalog number if available.  Keep in mind that when placing the top dollar amount you are willing to bid,  Dudley's will competitively bid for you with the floor.  Dudley's will allow the floor to open the bid and take the absentee bid to top dollar amount or until the floor discontinues to bid, which ever comes first.  Many times the floor discontinues the bidding process before the absentee bid has reached it's top dollar.

All bid amounts must be in even dollar amounts.  The absentee bid amount does not include the buyers premium, sales tax or any other applicable expense, such as shipping cost.  Shipping arrangements must be made separately. Current resale tax certificate are necessary for exempt status.

Dudley's will only notify you in reference to the left bid results if your bid has been successful. Normally we will notify you sometime before noon the day after the auction, unless we are employed elsewhere that day..(ie: on-site auction), please check calendar.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order.  Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their winning bids.
