CONDITIONS
OF AUCTION
All properties are being sold as is and where is in every
way. All information given is from sources believed correct, but is not guaranteed. Buyers shall rely entirely
on their own information, judgements and inspection of the articles and bid accordingly.
The auctioneer
reserves the right to refuse the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions or adverse comments he feels are not in the
best interest of the Auction.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to
accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of the Auction. On a tie bid, the item will be reopened
between the tied bidders only. In the case of a tie bid, the auctioneer may at his discretion re-open the auction between
the top 2 bidders. On a tie bid between a left bid and a floor bid, the bid goes to the floor.
All announcements from the Auction Block shall take precedence over any printed or otherwise announced statements.
Terms of Sale
Cash,
local check upon approval of our staff and credit card when available. 12% buyers premium (2% discount when paying with
cash or check).
Removal of Property
Property
is to be paid for and removed from the auction site the day of sale unless announced differently from the block.
Buyer
agrees upon registration he/she agrees to terms and conditions of sale.

We
pick up antiques, glass and quality furniture.
